Turkey–UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA)
Signed on 3 March 2023 and in force since 1 September 2023. Both sides opened around 80% of tariff lines, with duties removed at once or over 3 to 5 years, and the deal also covers services and investment.

Most tariff lines go to 0% immediately; others are phased out over 3 to 5 years or reduced. Key sectors include vehicles, white goods, petrochemicals, textiles, carpets, footwear, plastics and machinery.
