Turkey–GCC Free Trade Agreement (under negotiation)
Turkey and the GCC Secretariat signed a framework to launch FTA talks in March 2024; the third round was held in Ankara in April 2025, covering goods, rules of origin, investment, digital trade and services. As of late 2025 talks were still under way, with no signing date announced.
What you get
- Use existing bilateral deals meanwhile
Until a GCC-wide deal is signed, preferences apply only with the UAE (CEPA, 2023) and Qatar (2025); trade with Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman pays the GCC common tariff.
